A carbon-fiber reinforced high-temperature nylon (PAHT-CF) with strong tensile and flexural strength in both wet and dry conditions, low density, low moisture absorption, high abrasion resistance and excellent dimensional stability with no warping. Works well with QIDI's S-White quick-release support material for complex geometries. Moisture-sensitive — dry before use and store sealed; annealing the finished part (80-100°C for 4-6 hours) can further increase strength.

Description

PAHT-CF(PPA-CF) is specially developed for FDM 3D printing process, the substrate is made of QIDI UltraPA(PPA)，high-temperature nylon with low moisture absorption, high strength, high abrasion resistance, excellent chemical resistance and high heat resistance, good dimensional stability and no warping during the printing process.
