A glass-fiber reinforced high-temperature nylon (PAHT-GF) built on modified high-temp nylon whose saturated moisture absorption is about a tenth that of ordinary PA6, giving strong mechanical properties and dimensional stability without the usual nylon drawbacks. Shares PAHT-CF's low coefficient of friction and wear resistance, making it suited to high-strength gears and industrial parts, with better dimensional stability where carbon fiber's stiffness isn't required. Moisture-sensitive — dry before use and store sealed.

Description

PAHT-CF(PPA-CF) is specially developed for FDM 3D printing process, the substrate is made of QIDI UltraPA(PPA)，high-temperature nylon with low moisture absorption, high strength, high abrasion resistance, excellent chemical resistance and high heat resistance, good dimensional stability and no warping during the printing process.
